Take Me Home is back in 2024 for another series of heartwarming stories for the whole family to watch as Sue, Elichia and their army of volunteer helpers and foster carers fight day and night and tooth and claw, to secure new homes for the animals in their care. Staunchly opposing cages, they give up their beds and rely on a network of volunteer foster carers to do the same before a permanent loving home can be found.
